The People Experience (PX) Supervisor supports the HR function by leading a team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in addressing employee relations, performance management, change initiatives, and organizational support across various departments. Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, this role is a key partner in shaping a positive workplace culture and aligning HR practices with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
Guide HRBPs in resolving employee relations issues and identifying trends.
Support consistent and fair application of policies and performance practices across the organization.
Communicate HR strategies and solutions across all levels, from frontline staff to senior leaders.
Organizational Support
Use data to identify workforce trends and propose improvements.
Advise leaders on policy interpretation and HR best practices.
Manage key HR projects as needed.
Change Management
Assist with organizational changes, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR compliance.
Review structural updates, job descriptions, and internal equity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a business partner or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, organizational development, and HR compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
